Holiday Garden Art and Crafts

I wish to participate in the Holiday Garden Art and Crafts being sponsored by the Arlington Garden Club at the Gleneagle Community Club 7619 E. Country Club Dr., Arlington 98223 on November 17th, 2012.

I agree to abide by the following rules for participation:

  • To have my area fully set up in time for the opening at 10:00 AM (Doors open at 8:00 AM) on Nov. 17,  provide staffing of my area during all of the open hours of the event, and not to dismantle and/or remove my merchandise and supplies until after the close of the event at 4:00 PM, Nov. 17;
  • To only display and sell non-commercial, hand-crafted items;
  • To be responsible for collection and payment of any taxes due on my sales;
  • To not smoke or consume alcohol on the premises;
  • To not bring any animal other than a service animal onto the premises;
  • To fully supervise any children accompanying me.

I understand that:

  • The site provided measures approximately six feet by six feet ($50);
  • Or six ‘floater’ tables down the center with 5’ between tables; ($40);
  • One table for my site is provided by the organizers (unless noted), and is 3 ½’ x 3 ½’;
  • A basic table covering will be provided, but I may add my own covering to this;
  • Two chairs will be provided for each 6 X 6 site; one chair for each “floater”;
  • The assignment of sites is determined by the event coordinators.
  • The cost for my sites is $________, and that this fee is non-refundable.

 

As a participant I shall defend, indemnify, and hold the Arlington Garden Club, its officers and volunteers harmless from any and all claims, injuries, damages losses or suits including attorney fees arising out of, or in connection with, the Holiday Garden Art & Crafts.
